Hi just a question you didn't mention like normally what's the flow of these 7 empty functions in the resource controller ? at 5:12 , I mean def we can create our own logic but in competitive exams there's always a question on it that what create does , what edit or update does , hope you getting my point .

Hello, it's very good question. Thanks for asking.. Use Laravel Eloquent when you process a single record or a few records, there is nothing to worry about. But for cases when you read lots of records (e.g. for datagrids, for reports, for batch processing etc.) the Query Builder plain Laravel DB methods is a better approach. So it depends upon the situation. Sometimes query builder is better and sometimes Eloquent is better to use. I hope it's clear to you :)
