THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I forgot about DEATH SHIP what a gem, that poster terrified my Sister's and I as a kid at the movie store, LOL From Chitty Chitty Bang Bang to 80's HORROR! Very logical career move LOLOL I am huntin' that ! I plan on rewatching Star Wars, it was 2013 I think? but am going with the Special Edition, as that is what I saw in the theatres in the 90's. IV V VI NO LESS NO MORE for SWs! And you must first TREK, before you go to WAR LOL Star Trek Before Star Wars for me some what too, but I love them both. Except Grogu... That thing can be buried in a Corn field like the end of Casino. My feelings for New Star Wars expressed clearly there LOL Keep on Huntin' Browski!

The three original Star Wars are the only ones I have time for. Hands of the Ripper is good. I haven’t seen Death Ship for a long time but remember thinking the same as you - it was ok. Great edition of Planet of the Vampires, glad you enjoyed it.

I still think they are holding the originals in 4k back as a desperate last resort to try and save Disney plus when the streaming wars gets even worse. Then all of a sudden when they are desperate to win the streaming war they'll announce them?

the original could have been restored in the 1990s but wasn't, it was George Lucas choice to make the special edition the movie. He said those were rough drafts he hopes die off on vhs and laserdisc, and only the dvd would be watchable in a hundred years. He said at Cannes he is never going to allow the original to be released ever again.

I love "planet of the vampires". A very intense and atmospheric film, like all of Mario Bava's films. I wonder if this film was an inspiration for "alien".

Great watches Stuart, for the first time i actually have most of the films you watched. You can't beat the original Star Wars films, Disney are either trying too hard or are very lazy with the new stuff. Hands of the ripper is excellent, one of my favourite Hammer's. Deathship is one i haven't seen since the Eighties but i do have that on my shelf, I remember not licking it much and that's probably why i haven't watched it yet. The Professionals is brilliant, not watched the Blu-ray yet but did watch it on tv a few weeks back. Thanks for the video buddy.

Tried watching Planet of the Vampires, couldn't get on with it. Looks great, cool sfx, just slow. Loved Thst tom cruise one. Usually cant bear him except in tropic thunder😂😂 Star wars has been fiddled with too much ( insert priest reference here😂😂) Ewoks to jar jar there is bad in all of them but the originals are the best.

Great stuff as usual Stuart! I saw Death Ship at the Drive In when I was a kid and the only thing I remember about it is the ship was really dirty and rusty and I thought I would need a tetanus shot just by watching it.😂👍
