I think it’s lots of work. But it’s worth getting your own organic vegetables if you love doing it. There is different pleasure in seeing your own fruits and vegetables grow.

Your vegetable garden looks amazing. I did organic vegetable gardening for a few years about a decade ago. In my experience, I did not save money and the yield was not much. But I enjoyed the process.

Gardening is a lot of work. A few years ago I had very large beds and spent many hours a day tending to everything. I spent a lot of money and did not save $. I grew organic tomatoes one summer and yielded a small amount. Was not worth it. I spent so much money on organic soil and pesticides. I don’t have a garden anymore.

Gina, this resonates with me so much and exactly why I made the video. No one actually talks about the costs that go in and the efforts that we need to take to save any money on gardening unless we are strategic.
