Getting rid of distractions is crucial. In the world we live in, we are bombarded with information and interactions, many of them unwanted so it's really, really difficult to stay on track. Can't wait to read the e-book!

My favorite life hack is exercising daily. I have more clarity of thought and feel good about myself when I exercise that day.
Awesome, loving it, 2 videos in 2 days! Great tips and agree with all. 4 hour work week was actually really interesting, not a personal favourite for me, but actually excellent in changing perspective in working more efficiently. Great video as always.

Pomodoro Technique can back fire. You don't get to count the session unless you do the whole thing. That makes you not want to even start unless you can do the whole time. I found using a simple timer and setting a goal time, to work better. I get a lot more done, but in small sessions instead of 25, 35, or 45 minute chunks. Sometimes it's 5 minutes, 20 times a day. But that's 100 minutes!

I heard somewhere that you genuinly dislike character traits that are in yourself that you see in other people? Is this generally speaking correct? Where do you draw the line/determine where this is applicable?
