Ok, now for my legit comment. I remember seeing Yume Kataru when it first came out, and I thought nothing of it. I'd seen covers on KZbin before, and hadn't quite enjoyed them. I shrugged it off, watched the cover, and clicked away. Flash forward a few months later, when I entered the cover scene myself. The first thing that popped up when I went on a search for covers to listen to as examples? 9Mermaids, Happy Party Train. I truly enjoyed listening to it, and decided to look into the channel it was on. Imagine my surprise when it was the very same group that had posted that Yume Kataru cover all those months ago. Immediately, I went back to listen to every. Single. Cover. And I ended up loving all of them. I'm just one person among the thousands subscribed to you all. But I think I speak on behalf of all 10k of us, when I say thank you. Thank you for making these covers, for putting up with our weird memes on Discord, for being who you are. You are all amazing.

Last night, I had a terrible dream! In the dream, 9 Mermaids announced that they were disbanding due to personal issues.
