Mr. and Mrs. Muscle, I have been doing your workouts for the past year and a half, 6 days a week. Let me tell you two, I AM IN THE BEST shape ever! I do a variety of the HIIT workouts on rotation and specific body parts workouts and absolutely LOVE IT! Keep up the wonderful and effective workouts that you both bring to the masses. I'm about to do one your fabulous upper body workouts now. I will try this new HIIT workout one day next week. The music with your workout videos are FIRE!

So glad that I did this workout AFTER the Full Body workout. I don't know how it is possible to sweat like this after just 9 minutes, but that was a serious workout 🥵. Loved it!! Thank you both for these amazing workouts.

Wow! It was nice to be able to do this! My knees can be very sensitive but I think with rest and also losing weight, it is bearable and allows me to work on my knee strength and some agility, balance and control in these exercise.

Reminds me of Cardio HIIT Workout n°33 ❤ I did prefer the previous format where the workouts were longer and with smaller rest time. Hope to see a bit longer and harder workouts on you channel ❤ I also miss the previous thumbnails that were looking more professional 😂

Hi Lou this new format allows for the modifications, muscle focus and workout completion rate to be seen consistently throughout the workout. It’s also adds a longer rest period to help regulate the workout which will allow you to give even more effort each round which when done correctly will amplify the intensity 💪🏽 regarding the thumbnails we are keeping the old thumbnails for our mobile app and after the new edits are completed we will be removing the old videos. It will take some time but I promise it works out better for training consistency and programming ❤️❤️ Ps. Thanks you for being a day one!!!! 🤗🤗

Have a look at the Underarmour Apex hovrs. They have good support and are designed to be worn during these types of workouts. They provide great support and stability.
