So, so pleased everything is moving in the right direction for Mila. It brought back so many memories of my now 30 year old daughter and her hip spica. I so wish I could have bought a doll for her with a hip spica on at the time. It always amazes me how resilient little ones becomes and how they adapt. I hope the next part of Milas journey goes by as quickly as the last part. Hope you enjoyed your first night home in your beds. Thank you for sharing all the lovely footage of Ireland.xx

Hi ingham I do agree with Sarah tea does for some reason taste different then home when your away. Mila is such a brave lil girly. So lovely seeing her be less restricted and playing and sitting. She's gonna find a new world now little milia I can't wait to see this little girl flourish now hopefully just will be the end of it all for you that your daughter will have a normal life beyond hospital and casting hip dysplasia in a baby is interesting I guess I never known anyone with hip dysplasia from my baby back hip dysplasia I guess can happen to any baby but I'm glad that she is healthy and that she is ready to speak in her new life hopefully free of all of that casting except for her braces that she'll have to wear for a while and I called him braces in Canada

Dear sweet little Mila! So good to see her without the cast - even though she must still wear the brace, she has better mobility! She will be crawling in no time - and then walking!!! When they had to renew my cast they had to use that tool to cut it off but it doesn't touch any skin :)

It makes my heart happy knowing that Mila has been able to have corrective surgery, it will be so much better for her and give her the quality of life she deserves. I am heading towards having my (L) hip replaced which will be my third joint replacement because of hip dysplasia in both which was not picked up at birth. But its good as time goes on that they are more medically advanced and know what to look for and treat it now. Lots of love guys, exciting times ahead xo💕🌸
