10:23 Hi again! So as you mentioned Sepu Vadi, it's a part of Mandayali cuisine, the one you had at Rasoi, and I think it was there on thali as well. Traditionally, its made with spinach, and home spices. Goofa probably serves one with more modern recipe, vanishing its authenticity. Although, try couch-surfing around Himachal villages, away from cities, you'll get a chance to sit with locals for a feast called 'dhaam-धाम' prepared by cooks, called 'Boti- बोटी' who know these recipes from previous 2-3 generations or more. I hope this info might help you on your next trip, as well as your viewers 👍🏻 Such a detailed video and kinda comfy connect you have. Saumya, that is a very subjective thing. Honesty, i left my CS job after 5 months, not because of salary, but i wanted to pursue my passion of traveling and writing. But a lot of my friends are doing CS job and they are doing pretty good. So, you know it is up to you, how you take opportunities when you come in the corporate sector. Your start might be rough with a salary of 20 k to 30k per month but trust me, if you are smart enough, sky is the limit. So do it if you really want to do it without thinking much about salary.
