FATIMA TARIQ passed her CSS Exams in her 1st attempt and became the Youngest Female CSS Officer in CSS 2020. She secured 14th position in her written exams, and topped Criminology and Environmental Sciences. She also cleared PMS Exams in her 1st attempt. She is currently serving as Assistant Commissioner (FBR) in Grade 17.

In this video, I have shared all of my memories and the different phases of our training during our Specialized Training Program (STP) of Inland Revenue Services (IRS). This group of CSS mainly deals with Taxation, Budget, and the economy of Pakistan. STP was a great time of my life with respect to learning and friendships! I feel proud to be a part of my "IRS Family" and I really look forward to putting my best efforts for my country. 💕💕💕

CTP = Common Training Program (It is combined training for all 12 groups of CSS) STP = Specialized Training Program ( It is separate and different for each group of CSS)
