I’m obsessed with cold shin ramyun!! I was getting sick and tired of hot shin ramyun in any form, the texture of the noodles was getting old and tiring. Eating them cold is so so soooo good! I love cold noodles already so I am used to the taste. The noodle texture stays super bouncy and it is different cold, the cold broth is even better with a mouthful of noodles and the cold soup. Amazing, it also tastes spicier which I love. I add raw garlic and ginger (for health) but I also love the strong flavor with the cold noodles. I did not think to add soy sauce and sugar I will try that now. Do not make if you don’t have ice cubes, it is best and super good very very very cold 😋

The milk one is the first one I tried. I must say I was a bit sceptical, but My God! Absolutely loved it and so surprised by the flavours! I cooked it with a full fat milk and personally, I think the pepper flakes and green onions is a must. I'll be making this one again very soon :) Thank you 😊

I only had semi-skimmed in and it was still amazing. I went for sweet chilli and added some chilli powder, paprika, and a little cayenne. I used some quite sweet toppings: capsicum and sweetcorn as well as some grated cheddar, spring onions, and diced salami. It is officially the absolute best comfort food. I ended up making it two days in a row.

i know this is an old comment, but can i ask where you live? reason is, korea's milk is different than the milk that we have here in the US, and i wonder if this changes the taste. for those interested, korea uses UHT pasteurization methods (as well as many EU countries i think), while the US uses HTST pasteurization methods. the result is that they taste different. i find the US version is more refreshing but the korean version has a more sipable quality.

1987-Pyeongtaek Camp Humphreys 249th MP Detachment/1988-Taegu Camp Henry 728th MP Battalion. Absolutely loved the food, the culture, the beautiful women. Went to the beach, the Olympics, Apsan Park, Cheju, Itaewon. Drank my share of Soju, always mixed with pineapple soda. I was never afraid to try anything from the street food vendors. My favorite food was always the mandu but I especially loved the homemade ramen with hard boiled egg the mama-sans would make in the huts next to our barracks. The last year I was there I had a great girlfriend who spoke perfect english and who showed me sights I would never have known about (and who wasn't a "working girl"). Probably the greatest experience I've ever had in my life.

If you like Shin then you will love Shin Black. It’s the souped up version of shin. You could also try Namja (men’s), Yeul (Fever) or Teumsae (original shop name). They are all the same idea and taste very similar but actually have a bit more flavor than Shin. Namja by Paldo is more garlicky, Yeul is spicier and a little richer and Teumsae is 4x spicier than Shin. It’s about 10,000 scovilles. I love them all and keep a case of each in stock in my house. I usually buy them on Rakuten Japan because I live here. It they sell all of them on Amazon too. Also try Ottogi Cheese Ramen and Koko Men. Koko men is chicken Jalapeño. Namja has two different packages but they are both the same product. One says 男子 and the other says 남차. Both say man just one is packaged for Japan. I actually get the Korean one’ here in Japan anyway. Watch out for being over charged. I pay 80-110 cents for all except Shin Black. It cost about $1.50 usually.

Love how his voice sounds when he calls Claire 😁. Food wise, I found the milk recipe with someone else before and I must say it's gooooood. I've also tried the one with the poached egg and green onions and yup it's good. I also tried one with green onions, carrots and mushrooms and that was wow too. But it has to be a good ramyeon to start with. And Jin is really good. I think I like it better than Shin, plus they have spicy, mild and veggie to choose from.
I had this when I was in the states, Montana, not really that many of the Asian food to get, I literally emptied all the Ramyun Ramens out of a supermarket , they 're just way better than those burgers...... even now I'm back in my home country and I still want it so badly....... this video drives me crazy!!!!
