Will Howard has won me over with these last 2 games. I was on Team Jake Rubley until then, but Howard, who had impressed me as a great kid with the right team spirit before, has now impressed me as an on-field athlete as well. Excellent work! Passing that well helps Deuce get loose on the ground, and keeps the D fresh so they can smother the other team's offense! My faith in the QB situation is now much stronger for the next couple of years. On the trivia side, this is the most lopsided shutout win over a Top 10 team since 1966, when #1 Notre Dame beat #10 USC 51-0. It's also the most lopsided shutout win ever by a non Top 10 team over a Top 10 team, as well as the first time the Cats have shut out multiple opponents in one season since 2002, when they shut out 3 opponents.

Back in Stillwater, the students were using their wierd paddles on housecats fantasizing the poor kitties were wildcats, having otherwise no other use for the lumber.
