I've actually thought about the balor-demon split personality type thing in a fantasy booking scenario I made before king of the ring started. The way I had it was that Balor makes his return (since he was still out at the time) and he starts showing cracks in his character, like the demon is slowly taking him over and it is out of his control. He is unaware that this is happening. (The demon persona/alter ego or whatever you wanna call it is heel in contrast to Balor being a face) This continues to the Rumble, and number 30 ends up being the fiend, all the lights go out and "LET ME IN" is written across the titantron, the lights come back on, and everyone else in the ring is eliminated, except for a fearless Finn Balor, who at this point has undergone a heel turn and is nearly fully under control of his demon personality. Wyatt and Finn go back and forth for about 3 seconds before the Fiend ultimately batters him and tosses him out, winning the rumble and earning his main even. (Now in this fantasy scenario, Balor was in a 6 man faction with king of the ring winner McIntyre which was a whole different narrative coming in to the rumble, so the 6 would have a falling out blaming eachother for their short comings. McIntyre is Universal champ at this point, so after they fall out they break in to a brawl, setting up the elimination chamber match between them) the 5 competitors have been introduced, and Balor comes out last as the demon, fully taken over by it, starting at number one, and winning the match, becoming the Universal Champion. The lights then go out, and "LET ME IN" is once again written across the titantron, however this time the Fiend is nowhere to be seen, this is the set up for the Demon vs The Fiend at Wrestlemania. The Demon breezes through his opponents in the lead up, and they try one upping eachother through mindgames, although they never physically engage. They finally have a match in the main event of Wrestlemania, where after a long brawl Wyatt convincingly beats the demon to pulp, winning by knockout, becoming the Universal Champion, and being the first person to defeat the Demon. he stands all over the lifeless demon, as the lights slowly go out, to Brays laughter. They come back on, and Balor has dissapeared without explanation. Thats how I had it in my booking scenario. Balor would be out for a few months before returning as a face, except he has no recollection of his "heel run" or facing Wyatt, due to the fact that his demon personality was controlling him.

My fantasy booking: Bray Wyatt defeats Seth for the Title. Wyatt alters the Title to fit his persona and becomes more elusive than ever; keeping the title away from weekly programming since no one can find him to challenge him unless the Fiend chooses you. Wyatt occasionally defends the title throughout the year with no one being able to defeat the monster. Royal Rumble comes and entering at #30, broken and redeemed through NXT - Finn Balor returns and wins the rumble and challenges Bray at Mania, agreeing to battle the Fiend on his terms; in a match in the Firefly Funhouse as the DEMON. Similar to battling Freddy in the dream world, The Demon battles the Fiend in a mania first, a match set on location in a dream world style match where all rules are thrown out the window, the funhouse set up could allow to do edited spots of the superstars doing unworldly types of stunts, flipping the camera upside down with them appearing to wrestle on the ceiling, altering physics as we know them. Demon wins the strap and destroys the Fiend's hold on the funhouse. The Fiend now has no where to hide in the future and is exposed to the rest of the WWE universe for the first time in his gimmick. Balor returns to Raw after his stint on NXT and releases the souls of the fallen legends of the Fiends control.

My Fantasy Booking I would have had Braun squash Seth on the last PPV. And at Hell in a Cell, Wyatt squashes Braun to make the Fiend look super strong. During his reign, Bray turns Babyface because he is so over. Then at the Royal Rumble Rollins beats the Fiend by turning heel to win, to set up a huge rematch at Wrestlemania, an unstoppable Fiend vs a fresh new heel Seth Rollins. Who wins? I don't know.

My pitch for HIAC 2019: Becky vs. Sasha starts the show and it's a brutal match. The two really give it their all, using the cell a lot and lay a serious beating on one another. Just as Becky looks like she's going to win with the Dis-Arm-Her, Sasha counters into the Bank Statement and after a lot of struggling and fighting, Becky taps out. Sasha is the new champion. Sasha walks up the ramp and celebrates while Becky remains in the ring. She is looking hurt, disappointed, and just morally broken. Seth walks out of the curtain to go comfort her when suddenly, the lights slowly start to go out. The lights come back on, and Becky is gone and we hear Wyatt's laugh echoing through the arena as Seth is confused and scared. Later, we get an interview with Seth and he is pissed off. He admits he was terrified but now he's enraged and ready to take the Fiend straight to hell. The Fiend makes his entrance for his match and he has the lantern in the image of Becky Lynch. The Fiend vs. Seth is a brutal affair but the Fiend dominates most of it. Seth gets some moments such as throwing the Fiend off the cell through the announce table, though the Fiend gets back up. Seth then fights him and gets him on the other table, then leaps from the top of the cell onto the Fiend through the table. In the end, Seth goes for a stomp in the ring but the Fiend catches him with the Mandible Claw and Seth passes out, so the Fiend wins the title. Next night on RAW, Seth comes out to the ring and calls out the Fiend, demanding Becky Lynch back. Becky's music hits and out comes the Man. She's different though. She's stoic and just walks straight to the ring. She gets in and Seth gives her a hug but she doesn't reciprocate. Firefly Funhouse theme plays and Bray is on the titantron. He cuts a promo about the Fiend, winning the title, and mentions how Becky isn't really herself anymore. She was hurting after HIAC but now she's been healed. Then he does his laugh and says, "Let me in". Titantron goes black. Seth turns around to see Becky whispering something. He gets closer and asks what she's saying. She leans into the mic, looks up at Seth and says "let me in." She then hits a low blow on Seth and locks him in the Dis-Arm-Her. Becky then kayfabe breaks Seth's arm. There's more to it but that's the beginning of what I think could be a really compelling story.
