I've had one female boss that was a nightmare, and after I got out of that office (cause I couldn't take it anymore), I worked for two other amazing bosses that were female too :) These women were true leaders who radiated respect and kindness. The kind of women I looked up to as role models. Moving on to my current job, I have a female boss who really loves what she does. The work environment is great (very chill), and everyone in the office gets along like a small family. Yup, you get all sorts of bosses in the work field!
