For me, it is my left ear ringing. It started shortly after reconnecting with someone from my past. It starts when I think of that person, and sometimes out of the blue. It even happens when passing certain areas where I either talked to or thought of them. I had my hearing tested, and I do have some hearing loss in that ear, however my ear was ringing during the test which made it harder to hear the beeps. The ringing is not always there, it changes tone and volume depending on my thoughts.

I know when someone's thinking about me because I'll suddenly get a rush of emotions, sometimes sad and sometimes good, sometimes a bad discomfort in my head and I'll immediately think about them, i caught onto this when I was 7 but I'm not as good at knowing exactly who it is anymore, just get the same rush of emotions but with a feeling that I need to go somewhere specific, I'll go there and someone will always be there and tell me they were just about to come to my house or call, it really is strange and interesting how things like this happen, thing is sometimes I even know what someone's going to say before they say it, it'll just pop into my head like I've already heard it, It comes randomly about 5 minutes to sometimes hours or days before they actually say it, it doesn't happen as much as it used to but when it does its never been wrong and it's so hard to keep it to myself.

I have dreams but it's different, I'll have a widely vivid dream about someone or sometimes a specific place and then the next day or so something weird will happen regarding it, for example a couple of years ago I had this dream I was sitting on a porch swing with my cat in my arms and It really felt like I was there, I could feel the air and his fur, it was just a quiet peaceful dream, I just held him and we sat there, that very next morning I woke up and he was curled up next to me like he was sleeping but he had passed away, he was 20 so I know he would have to go sometime but there were no indications anything was wrong the night before so I kind of felt like it really was his little spirit in the dream letting me know he was okay, I don't know, but I've had many other dreams similar, it's actually the only time I have vivid dreams so it's always pretty easy to remember them. The last time it happened was around 2 weeks ago, I dreamt I was walking around this old house not far from where I live it was dark and hot out, I could feel the heat, and I walked into the house and just sat down in the middle of the living room, I couldn't figure out why I would dream of being in somewhere I've never been in then I found out a few days later some kids set it on fire in the middle of the night.

Just got to be certain and believe that their thinking about you too and in time will miss you then want to contact you. I see a face or a time we spent together....its very specific....I get them also from my deceased grandmother....she comes in signs of flowers and butterfly's, humming birds once in a while my grandpa will appear as a cardinal also deceased and I also get my dad as a snowy owl..he flys just above my windshield ....3 days in a row......he is also deceased.....its a different feeling between deceased and living.....living is a warm flush....deceased is in the mind and minds eye....third eye connects in trans meditation...or sleep....I have had this since I was a child....I call it my gift from God...😇❤
