All great tips and of course there's also the 10-3-2-1-0 sleep rule: 10 hours before bed = no more caffeine, 3 hours before bed = no more food or drink, 2 hours before bed = no more work, 1 hour before bed = no more screen time, and 0 = number of times you hit the snooze button. And speaking of humidifiers, I've seen derms specify cool mist ones.

@@styleandbeautydoctor, I am mature but new to the skin care game. I finally got a prescription for retinol. The doctor recommended Cerave, but I don't like it. I watch a few of DR Stephen's videos and using Biossance Omeag cream, but lately it's break me out. I see a lot of recommendations for Skinfix, I really would love to see your recommendation. Love your personality. Thanks for sharing😀

friend.... i have asthma as well and I'm so scared to work out. how do you do it?
@styleandbeautydoctor11 күн бұрын
Don't be scared! Of course talk to your doctor first, but pace yourself. I work out with a trainer who knows I have asthma but even before working with a trainer I would definitely take it easy. You also have to take big easy breaths. I also take my pump before working out and make sure I have it handy while I'm working out. And I personally don't do a ton of running, but I will do the treadmill on an incline at a speed I can keep up with without getting winded.

Hi what type of suncreen you think is good for acne prone screen thanks hope you can help
@Tashatheshowstopper8 күн бұрын
Thank you! My normally oily, acne-prone skin has been hella dry the last couple of weeks with the cold nights. How close should the humidifier be to your face at night? A few feet away? Closer?
