As suggested, organisational cultural change requires the support of senior stake holder who should share the vision. This can be challenging if the need for change includes cultural norms, values, expectations, beliefs and associated internal messaging. Culture sits at the heart of an organisation and by its very nature is not usually open to change. However an organisations culture can influence organisational success so keeping it healthy is key.
