Hey Jason, love your vids, I’m a traditional bow hunter myself and was wondering if you could do a video of how you sharpen your broad-heads with a belt sander. You mentioned in your other video when you demonstrated on the bastard file that you use a belt sander, I would like to see how that’s done on a belt sander. Keep up the great videos! Thanks.

Good list but…. Guess it depends on where you live, but I would think in your new neck of the woods, snake boots would be towards the top . I live in rattlesnake country and they are a must.

String tracker line broke after only 40ish yards. I will not rely on this again untill a new stronger string is developed. I tried to spin my own but was but unsuccessful.

40 yards is still a fantastic aid in finding the deer and the blood trail. Anything stronger would have to be thicker and thicker means it will effect arrow flight. Can't have your cake and eat it too as they say. Bit with this trad tracker you can have the added bonus of a string tracker that gets you ro the deer or atleast helps you get on blood or find the deer without the loss of arrow flight.

Nice list. Grabbed a saw as my current is about used up. Not a fan of the string thing. Seems troublesome. Besides breaking and giving no help, pieces broken off could be as bad for birds as discarded monofilament. FWIW I use toilet paper for tracking, stick a little piece on a branch or whatever near a track or blood spot. If a difficult blood trail, a looking at the TP backtrail helps keep me lined up with where the next sign should be. Lightweight, multiple uses, quickly biodegradable.
