I know XEED was with a small company but there's really no excuse to have members find out the group was being disbanded like that. Those guys put their all into promoting whenever they could, it was a second chance for a lot of them. A lot of groups don't make it but the company could have at least given them the respect of telling them personally. Greenies were already going to be heartbroken but in the chatter spaces I see now they're mad too.

I'm surprised Idols still look sleek and good looking even after such harsh conditions they live in. Renjun doesn't even look that bad, it's the constant lighting too that makes his double chin more visible. He would look completely normal under nornal lighting. With how odd sleep and diets are for idols, I'm surprised they don't bloat or swell. Hopefully these comments don't get to Renjun, if anything, he looks normal and still dashing as ever.

You can always comment things, and if possible, I can add them in the next videos! I'm so happy for Jihyo and Yun Sung Bin. Everyone deserves to be loved and it sounds like they can really come together over their shared fitness goals. :) I'm so proud of Renjun as well. I finally found someone who agrees with me on the weight issue. Yes we gain weight, it comes with age as well. Some of us more than others. Some have to fight genetics, a medical diagnosis, some medication side effects, and others have to fight their emotional baggage. Myself I am a terrible stress eater and so I gained more weight than I've ever had during Covid. The combined worry for my family and our friends and uncertainty of our future made my stress levels skyrocket. However, I've never been one to really worry about my weight. I will lose it in time. I see it as "it took this amount of months to gain it, so it will take this amount of months to lose it again." I hope that those dealing with medical issues get adequate rest. It sucks so much to be sick while the world carries on around you. I was saddened to hear of XEED's disbanding. I've been a fan of theirs since they debuted. It's such a shame to see them disband after releasing two albums. I really believed in their future together as a group. :( Congratulations to Ryeowook and his bride Ari on their upcoming nuptials. Marriage is hard work...but it is so worth it when you find the right person for you. I hope his fans respect his decision and not throw hate at him at this wonderful moment in his life. :) I am so excited for many of these comebacks not just in Kpop but around the world pop...my wallet is going to be so empty...:) Love and Light!! :) ***Addendum: @calicokaels Upon further introspection of my comments I decided it was best to delete them. You absolutely seem to be someone with the greatest of intentions. However, many of the things you are saying are things that should NOT be said to someone suicidal. While I know this comment is fairly general, I feel it's very important to acknowledge the harmful ideas/words here. I'd first like to give some insight on myself: when I was 20, I nearly succeeded with a suicidal attempt (had my mother not found me when she did I wouldn't be here today). Almost 20 year later, I am in a much better place mentally, and am also thankful I didn't succeed. It has all made me very passionate about suicide awareness. You talked about people making a "choice" to end their life. I'd like to remind you, that for many it doesn't feel like much of a choice. Acting like it is when someone truly feels it isn't can be extremely invalidating. And to tell someone they are doing "one of the worst things" only adds to the pain and guilt one is already feeling. Many who are in that spot realistically CANNOT see past their current pain. Having and attitude of "it'll get better" or "stay positive" can also be extremely invalidating. If someone is contemplating suicide, they are not at all in the mindset to be "thinking of the positives." They are often fully incapable of seeing them, no matter how hard they try. Again, you seem to be a person who means no harm, just means to help. I implore you to think on your attitude towards the subject, though. Especially should you ever find yourself in the difficult situation of talking to someone expressing their suicidal thoughts. We should be acknowledging that it's okay to be sad. That no matter our own struggles, we never truly know the pain someone else is feeling - the best we can do is listen, emphasize, and validate.

Hey!! I really love BIBI and her music! I've even been fortunate enough to see her perform live which was SO fun! I completely understand what you're saying. However, I struggle to find a way to make sure I include all releases of that week, highlight some, yet keep it fair for all artist at the same time. I feel like if I dedicate a certain amount of time for an artist's release (unless there was a unique or certain achievement along with it), I would have to do it for all artist's. @@miabenz6709 well, not to be cynical, but are you sure that you can take on all of them? Because I have seen those on Chinese social media, and they are ripping him to shreds. Personally, I find body-shaming an idol absolutely ridiculous. And I am not even a fan of NCT Dream, it's not my music. Literally every Chinese fan is criticising him, and they will use every mental gymnastic under the sun to justify their behaviour. Trust me, fighting with them is not worth it. I tried, it's exhausting.

NCT is my number one so I’m not coming from a hateful place. It’s not weight gain. It’s filler. Jaemin got it too. Undeniable, he gets lip filler. You can see it’s starting to migrate and doesn’t look great. I don’t have any issues with cosmetic procedures or plastic surgery. I do think it’s dumb to get filler. So many variables and it can look bad. starting them so young with filler is just a bad idea.

IDK Renjun always have cheeks. Did you not watch him during Hello Future and Glitch Mode era? It is especially visible when he laughs. The cheeks are there when he gains a bit of weight, like the cheeks was completely gone during ISTJ era, and he confessed that he didn't have appetite during ISTJ promotional period. The past few months you can see him eating on every content. The cheeks started coming back after SMTown, he also confessed that he gained weight. I'm thinking y'all aren't just used to seeing him gain weight.

@@markskonglish4222 yes, renjun always have cheeks, with or without weight gain. What people are commenting on is, how, unusually full they look. Filler is generally composed of Hyaluronic acid which draws water in. If it was weight gain, his entire face would be fuller and the weight gain would be more evenly distributed. Right now, it’s all centered around his cheeks. Plus, his body and frame doesn’t look much different. He still looks as skinny as he ever was. If you’re commenting him about eating in all his come back videos, i find that even more concerning… because he’s just eating cuz, you know, people eat when they’re hungry. I don’t think that’s mutually exclusive. If you want to drill down even further, they’ve ate in their 7hillin’ series. If you’re talking about the one with him and Jeno and that older guy, they called out that they were on a diet. Knowing Dream and how disciplined they are (and have been historically), don’t you think they would be cognizant of their weight just before a comeback? I don’t think renjun would gain that much weight to make that noticeable of a difference in his face with such little difference to his frame. His filler is either going to continue settling in and look better or they’re going to (or have already) dissolve it and fix the issue.

All that matters is how healthy they are (I know that shindong isn’t healthy with that body but what matters is that Renjun is healthy plus he is still the same person,He has same talents actually he became more talented when he came back with new album and that shows that he works hard to improve for fans(I am not saying that he needed improvement because he was always talented) so just instead of hating on him for gaining little bit of a weight go focus on how talented he is and support him)
