Brave of you to ask this question brother. I would suggest doing some small exercise sessions whenever you feel the urge to masturbate. To make it simpler just do 25 imaginary jump ropes then give yourself 2 mins to calm down and you'll be all good for next couple of hours if you still get the urge try doing it again it'd take only 5 minutes maximum. Also if you are struggling with I'd suggest phasing it out slowly. If you masturbate 4 times in a day try to control and limit it to 3 times for 4-5 days and bring it down to 2 times for the next 4-5 and then 1. Then gradually you can go from once in 2 days to once in 3. This has helped a couple of my friends as well so its tried and tested. And don't worry it is quite natural and there's nothing wrong. Moderation would be the key. All the best.

If Ola is available in your city then you can schedule a cab before hand... Schedule it for a time well in advance like even if you reach 1 hour extra prior then also it's okay it's better than getting late or panicking Just a suggestion 😅
