For Tip #7: Replacing components does not raise the weapons durability itself, in this scenario I had components that were 0% that stops the weapon from firing. Replacing those components would allow me to fire the weapon again until it is 0% itself or low enough to not fire again. I do apologize for the confusion on this. TLDR ; replace components that could end up getting 0'% before the weapon does to continue using that weapon for as long as possible.

helo tip: most of the time they become available about 2.5 seconds before the timer hits 0.

@@j.a.i.6626 this is a solid tip many don’t realize. FYI you don’t have to spam L. If you are the one that called the bird you only have to hit L one time to make it take off after getting on the bird.

on the AI tip. id say aiming for vital organs is more reliable than aiming for the head. these being any that are the cause of death when looting an enemy youve killed. itll say 'destroyed lungs/brain/liver' etc depending where you hit them. good ammo will reliably one shot through most armour if you hit the heart or lungs.

i saw you only had single medical items in your pockets. You can use MFAK to hold 2 squares in one pocket (making it 8 total) or even the QRKit in your belt or vest, which provides 6 squares, but only uses 2. The items inside are still on quick access when in these Kits

Yes, you can do this, I typically only carry what’s in my pockets as it’s all i usually need. Other items I keep in secure container.

Still sometimes you have to wait for a bird for almost 4 minutes. Even if you see 2 birds on the map. The other 2 might take some time to be available. And if you're unlucky someone might pick the available bird after 4 minutes of waiting. It has happened to me a few times. Especially if you want to return to Base. From Base you might jump in a friendly bird but from other LZ to etc you just have to wait until you get a bird.

Using the map widget to watch the timer is drastically better than having to just go off of the birds on the map that you can see… someone else commented and said sometimes birds are available 2.5 seconds before it actually shows as well.. maybe that can help a bit? I haven’t tested it personally

i heard something new to me. did you imply that replacing all the parts on a spent weapon will up the durability? i have just been selling it when it gets down to 50%

I can see where it seems implied and I do apologize about that.. I'll be sure to pin a comment clarifying it further on this video. Changing out the parts will not raise the durability of the weapon at this time. It will however in the case of the video, the weapon still has a little durability left. However components in the weapon are at 0% which allows it to not fire. Replacing these components will take a low durability weapon and allow it to fire again (so long as its not at 0% durability itself) TLDR ; replace components that could end up getting 0'% before the weapon does to continue using that weapon for as long as possible.

there is a radiation bug at FN. i was at the shooting range and was taking radiation and ended up dying from it

There are two buildings close by to that area that have radiation in them as well. Did you step into those by chance? The infirmary and the C barracks I believe are the two.

@@thedirtyratt nah I never stepped into either. I died of radiation behind the dirt piles behind the shooting range office. I didn’t know one of the barracks had radiation tho

Yeah, they seemed to be a lot better when I played about a week ago. As far as fighting them went. I know around the shooting range you can hear a bunch screaming, but those are the ones underneath in the bunker.

Two questions. What does "PMC" stand for? Does turning off your headset make you more stealthy ?

No, turning off the headset just dampens the sound of the game so the helicopters aren’t as loud, and your squad VOIP comes in clear as day as well (when it’s working properly)

And PMC stands for Private Military Comtractor, or Player Made Character in some games. Depends on the type of game you are playing.

One thing I wanna know is if you have both flashlight and laser, how do you turn off let's say the flashlight only and keep the laser on? because when you turn your flashlight off, the laser turns off too..

Hold down T. This will open a menu where you can switch your attachments on/off independently (among other things).

@ yes some are still experiencing issues with performance and the devs have said they are improving it the best they can. Let’s hope they keep going in the right direction with it. I personally noticed an increase with the night ops patch. Hopefully it changes for you soon
