We need a full video walk through of these techniques mixing these vocal. Great video by the way. Do you have a full course of course you do 😃

reverse reverb ❤ double tracking is also a vocal production technique that I like to use a lot, especially with screaming/harsh vocals. Sounds weird but once you try it you cant go back

Unfortunately that’s just a song we had written for us to use in videos and demos.

At 4:26 you show 2 “5ths” intervals around the C… Curious about this one bc you have an F (low) C (main) and G (high) From my understanding of music theory, if C is your root, then the perfect 5th is gonna be the 7 semitone G above that C. A perfect 4th is gonna be the same note below, so going down from C a P4 interval will get you the octave on that G; so now you basically have a G, C, G like a power chord. Why would you do a P5 both above and below the C, which gives you the F C G triad instead of the G C G one? Is it for the dissonance of the F & G on vocal harmonies spread across octaves?

is the narration voice A.I transferred from miami to joey's voice?, intonation of the voice sounds like how miami talks

No it’s Joey speaking into an iPhone then we remove the noise with Adobe Speech Enhancer and then we mix it with Howard Benson Vocals. This process hasn’t changed for about a year now.

when doing the reverse reverb vocal, you need to bounce all the vocal processing as well into the bit you reverse right? I always worry about wheter I need to redo the fx or not if I end up tweaking the vocal mix 😅

The major problem I've always had that the vocals never sound 'glued' no matter how many compressors you throw on it! No vocal riders or soothers help with that, ever! 😢
@eyeslikeoceans8 ай бұрын
Then it's probably an EQ, level and/or performance issue. You can compress all you want but if the rest isn't doing what's needed, it won't sound glued.

Sounds interesting, but for me vocal detune on multiplier is too extreme, making them sound kinda out of tune
