Beauty of Investing in Index Fund.. Companies Come and go.. Index will stay forever.. As long as a Company performs that company stays in Index.. Once it starts to non perform.. Slowly it will be moved out and new performer will be in Index.. For Small Investor this is big plus.. diversification and risk is well balanced.. important point is wealth created over long term.. patience and discipline needed..
