Unfortunately my baby didn’t make it past 8 weeks, I found out at my 12 week scan so it was a missed miscarriage. Started to miscarry naturally after but ended up having surgery at 14 weeks. I would say even though it’s ok for symptoms to go early on, it is also a sign of miscarriage, so I’d always let midwives know. Next time I will certainly be getting a check up as soon as I feel uncertain.

It's going from having the usual symptoms (morning sickness, etc.) to feeling completely "normal" like you did before you were pregnant. I've read that about a third of women don't experience the typical pregnancy symptoms so that's not always a bad sign, but if you have them and they suddenly fade away to nothing, it's always good to get checked out to make sure everything is okay.

Hey, first congrats on baby! but it's normal to cramp, as long as you're not bleeding. I've called my doctor so many times because of cramping (I'm 9 wks also) and she said if there's no bleeding its fine. Good luck with baby, wishing you the best

It also maybe that the food you eat takes care of the nausea before it shows up. I made jollof rice about two weeks ago when my nausea was supposed to be sky high and on the days I ate it I did not experience any nausea. This is because two of the ingredients in it are said to take care of the nausea that’s ginger and tomatoes. Think positively girls you’re going to be alright we are all different and our bodies do different things during pregnancy.
