I love that he felt so strongly on the fact that she didnt need plastic surgery. Not only did he try to make her feel attractive the way she was but he also encouraged her to work out which ultimately will always be better than surgery. Granted there are situations where surgery is necessary but natural is always the better way to go. Especially as aging progresses. I love how he called her out on being lazy for it as well. It's one thing to try to work out for a while and not get the body results you want and then result to surgery.
