They don’t actually have to be legally married to do that, they just have to prove that they’ve lived together in a conjugal relationship for at least a year. IMO the main roadblock is her bankruptcy not being discharged, and that’s why they’re pinching pennies and she keeps doing her visa runs alone- saving as much as possible.

Honestly, it's not even a question.. there's no other way she could be there other than w/ a travel/tourist visa. Reason she won't clearly state that now, is because she's built such a house of cards filled w/ lies... it would come tumbling down if she were honest. A travel/tourist visa would mean she's not legally married (another obvious thing... NO ONE can go to another country, legally marry someone (who also is not a citizen) within less than a month. Impossible) AND... that her claim of marital residence, also falls. That too, another obvious thing since she is a stow-a-way there. The apt isn't in their name & she is super quiet, afraid, hiding.. any & every single time someone comes to the door. Her drivers license, can't be a kuwaiti license. It's an IDP, International Driving Permit. Which means she took her Canada license & has a permit to drive............. used by those who TRAVEL & VISIT other countries. She is not a resident, is not legally married & has absolutely been traveling ONLY to hop/renew visa. She's so deep in the lies, tho (that, SHE chose to bring to the internet & address, rather than not mention publicly) she'll never admit one, because then the others crumble too.

Kuwait doesn't have dual citizenship. Could be another reason why she does Visa runs. She doesn't want to give up her Canadian citizenship. As an American - I would NEVER give up my citizenship. If her relationship doesn't work out.. giving up her citizenship would not be to her best interest.

They allowed to apply for visa extensions when e-visas were still available. So she only had to be out of country for just over a month with her extensions then. That's why only a few extended leaves. Now that might all change with e-visas being cancelled to flush out people living on visas illegally in Kuwait.
