Yes - there is value in getting a buyer to stop and think about their vision of success. That alone lends some control of the conversation to the seller. The seller, however, should be ready to stay in control of the conversation and immediately back up the band's value with facts - "we recently packed the house at such and such", etc.

I love this. I haven't interviewed for a job in years, but the question that always got me was, "Do you have any questions for us?" And I'm always just, "I got nothin'." Spoiler alert: job interviews have never been my forte, ha!
