Yes, that is Ron Tarr in the Sugar Puffs advert at 10:10. I'm sure someone was looking for this advert some months ago because the girl in it was a former classmate, but can't remember who asked about it. Funnily enough I recall a number of Sugar Puffs adverts from back then (including the one with Adele Silva), but don't remember this one.
