I totally remember that "Kids In The Hall" show. Creative and well written for its time. Just one of many sketch comedy shows I used to watch in the 90's. Sony Big Screen TV- I would be running for the hills too if a TV came to life and started chasing me like that. Milk- Just looking at all those Christmas desserts gets me hungry every time. Even if I don't have any milk handy to go with all those.

18:48 - This is a bit misleading. Ebert gave the film 2 Stars in his written review, but said there was one scene in the movie that made him laugh so hard, he embarrassed himself. (It was the scene with the blind kid and the dead bird.) He stated that the rest of the movie wasn't as funny as that one moment to him. Still, he did seem to soften toward the film as numerous other "dumb" comedies toward the later half of the 90s came out, and he thought it held up better than some of its imitators.

@@ghkillah1995 While I did not always agree with him on movies, Ebert was one of the wittiest critics out there, and I still enjoy reading his work to this day.

@@yusakug His audio commentaries for Casablanca and Citizen Kane are also two of the best ever recorded. I often think he took overly hard stances on things he didn't like for very personal reasons (See "Blue Velvet") but overall he was a fountain of knowledge when it came to the movies that he liked.

Burn:Cycle for CD-i -kind of a knockoff of the Johnny Mnemonic movie..ending was surprising Happy Holidays from Comedy Central-that gunner was a henchman for Krampus Yule Log b)-"WHOA!!"(Joey upon seeing this bumper) Yule Log c) Lisa didnt want to"Stay" and see this Yule Log d)-there was a film adaptation of this in 2006..wasnt very good IMO

"Mixed Nuts" was a dismal strange and unfunny holiday comedy from Nora Ephron with wasted talents involved including Steve Martin. It was a remake of the french comedy as titled, "Santa Claus is a Douchebag". Not a great follow-up to "Sleepless in Seattle", also released by TriStar.
