Starman is one of the underrated Sci-Fi films of the 80s, and one of the more underappreciated from director John Carpenter.

Circuit City is still missed in my area and that commercial has always been amazing.

Our Circuit City building was dormant for 14 years and eventually became a whole foods. I liked the Circuit City more.

409- I wish this jingle was longer. Thomas's English Muffins- I always like the production quality and writing of commercials for this. This backstory of Thomas's English Muffins would make a good movie plot, I believe. I like the relaxed, satisfied look on the boy's face, biting into the English Muffin in the end.

I remember first trying them around this time I'd rented mechanized attack on NES so I always think of that when I have them, lol. I didn't know that was andy dick in the SEGA Genesis ad, wild!

[ahem] Actually . . . I'm a fan of Square One TV. In doing a bit of research, I bumped into a little-known fact about the receding blonde actor known as Larry Cedar. In one of Cedar's many ads on his resume, is a later entry in Sega's HAG campaign depicting Sonic The Hedgehog's Debut in the Genesis library. In short, you may think it's Andy Dick, but it was really Square One's Larry Cedar! XD
