@@Simon-ro9hz Well its easier to let out your feelings to people you dont know and most likely will never. Not saying some people dont do it for attention but comment sections are for anyone to express themselves how they feel about a video. Some people are easily affected by music and makes them want to talk about their lives. Some times people choose not to keep talking because they dont want to. I personally like reading peoples stories even if they are true because its a relaxing thing to do and just see what other people see. I dont think everyone relys off of affection here but just choose to express themselves as i stated before. So before you just think that people only do it for attention just think how others might be feeling. This music is supposed to express your feelings and make you feel nostalgic, a major reason why people listen to lofi so if you care so much about what people are saying despite it having no affect on you then just dont read a comment section under music that is obviously made for nostalgic and relaxation feelings where people are likely to express themselves then under rap/hip hop music or metal or really any other genre. Have a good day!

You don't know how true this is.....this basically was my life when i was younger. Just steps along the road with my family. With mom and dad...grandma and grandpa....little did I know that I was lied to. Lied to about what the world really is and some of the horrible people out there in it. Now I don't want to lie to someone younger than me about some of the world. Tooth fairy was a lie.....the Easter bunny...and all the other iconic characters out there. I found out, and found out real quick. Found a lot of this stuff out when I was a little to young to know that it was really mom and dad. My question is that why do we lie about some things to little kids only for them to find out it was all a lie later? All fake? Believe in what you want to, but I feel like I was somewhat wronged. Then again the adults say that children are ignorant and oblivious. Not all of them. Some know things that at their age they shouldn't even know about or see. Sometimes they figure out what their parents told them was a lie. All one big lie.

This song doesn't make me sad, it makes me happy. It makes me focus on the happy memories instead of the bad ones. I guess some people wish they could go back in time and I understand that, but I was always taught to be happy that a memory happened and to create new ones. If you are reading this and wish that you could experience those happy memories again, always remember that you have the power to create new ones. You may not have as much free time as you did when you were younger, but that doesn't mean creating memories you will be fond of when you are old in a rocking chair is impossible. As a wise blue fish once said, just keep swimming.

this song just feels like childhood. childhood summers specifically. hot asphalt under your feet, the sound of your friends laughing around you. splashing in the creek, seeking refuge from the blazing sun under an oak tree. running home when the street lights come on with the promise of more laughter and memories to be made the next day. back when anything was still possible, when your shoulders were still light.

Early 90s. A group of positive, young people was just enjoying their carefree lives, living their moments in way they loved and being optimistic about their future. Life was beautiful to them. Then, to them absolutely unexpectedly, war and sanctions came and all the bad things along with them. It is early 2000s now. While some people left the country before it was too late and never came back, many died on the battlefield after the national mobilization and some even committed suicide because of the inability to make ends meet due to the sanctions. The war is finished now but the situation in the country is not stable. The man walks out of the room with a visible hopelessness after seeing the live footage on TV of the government being overthrown for the third time in the past few years, knowing that life probably won't be better no matter who's the leader of the country. He goes to the balcony to light a cigarette, plays this beat and sits down with a head laid back while watching the clear night sky. The beat brings him the thoughts of life 10 years ago, before the war, which now seems to him surreal and too good to be true, and what he would do if he could go back in time just to tell himself and his friends how naive they are if they think life will always be so good and to appreciate every second of their life. Then his eyes start to water. He is the only one remaining from his old group of friends. Carpe diem. Greetings from Serbia.

Time: weird isn’t it? It changes with age and some animals perceive it faster or slower than us and yet we still forget that it doesn’t last forever, one day me you and time itself will probably come to an end. Your life may be short but the best parts of it feel even shorter, we can’t seem to grasp our present time and yet we can’t let go of the past. Our friends of the past may not be here but we still have each other forever imbedded into our hearts, and love is something you can’t lose. Try to make the best memories now so when you look back you don’t have regret. Its like some random person on KZbin said: it’s not that we felt we didn’t take care of our past, it’s that we thought it wouldn’t end

It's May, 2002 School just let out for the summer. To celebrate, you and your pals pile together all your money and hit the convenience store. You guys buy a whole bunch of candy and soda and eat it in the parking lot while talking and screwing around, kid stuff. Eventually you decide it's getting late, and start heading home. You walk down the streets heading towards your house as the sun sets over your hometown. You didn't know it then, but that would be the last time you experienced genuine happiness. *Cherish your childhood bros, because you can never go back.*

Yesterday I went to a legalize marijuana event in my town. This is a story I will probably only tell here because I'm only 15 and not legally allowed to smoke. I bought a pre roll yesterday and it was packed with sativa. Me and my friends stated to smoke it but the key thing is that I was the one who had the mouth area on my lips the first and longest (you will see why this is important later) Me and friends smoked it till it was a roach and then my friend fiend the rest. Now as we where walking from event area and rally to rally I started to feel really fucked. Like more than weed can get you. I would shift out of existence in my brain and come back and everything started to get really fucked. The first thing was my friends sounded off, kind like speaking to some one you don't know. They then started to grow in size and shit started to not make sense and stuff that didn't make sense started to. I got really thirsty so we went into a 7/11 to get some food, of course there was a lot of people there so the line was long. I walk in and see the line and me tripping out sees it go on forever over a hill (inside the store) and keep going. I kept with my friends but they started to feel really weird to me and I just decided I couldn't fuck with them that day no more so my stupid laced self started to walk around and talk to random ass people about random ass shit. I eventually got so fucked I don't remember what happened in that period. I started to come back and I check the time on my phone to see that it's been 6 hours of me walking around and not knowing where I was. I then called my parents and I was still messed up then so they brought me to urgent care and found out I was on a lsd and embalming fluid. I basically was drugged and I was the one who got the most affects from the lady because I was soaking all of it into my lips the most. That was the most fucked up I've ever been and this song made me remember it so ty for reading this if you did and I hope you all don't have as bad of a lsd and embalming fluid trip as I did.

Me too....me too. Golden days gone by right here. You reflect and replay them.....episodes of them. Childhood memories....many others too. It just makes you wish you could've changed some of the things you said and done. Going back....regretting, yet glad you learned your lesson, so you would be even more prepared for the next chapter in your life. You can't make things the way they used to be...you have to move on sometimes. From relationships to old friendships...sometimes we gotta move on. Let go. Go separate ways. It's not easy, but in time all the pain washes away. Then you realize the change is good, and not everything is so bad in life. If you make a mistake, learn from it and hopefully you never make the same one again. We all succeed and we all fail. We all live and then die. Just know that you should live your life to the fullest. Get out there and mingle with the crowd. If you do, you may experience something new. I've always mingled in the crowd and experienced new things. I still do. I don't want to die knowing no one will remember me. I want to be seen and heard. I want to laugh. I want to live. I want to learn and experience new things. New sensations. I want to keep making new friends and succeed at everything that I'm expected to. I've come very far. Farther than I knew. You can do the same thing.

This reminds me of when I was about 8 or 9 when my mom, grandmother and I went to a beach. We rented a second floor home (someone lived on bottom) and the view of the ocean was so pleasing. One morning I woke up early and looked out the front window. It was sunrise on the water, which was mesmerizing to me. I was very attracted to seeing that so I looked closer. There were a few boats and two dolphins jumping. So now whenever I hear this, I think about that morning and smile.

We went swimming for about 6 hours then his dad took us back in the bed of his truck. It was so peaceful and fun. Little did I know that would be the last time I experienced happiness.
