Phew!, I was starting to think my base had actually broken your PC's with all the technical issues it was causing!!, glad to see that is not the case. great preso, & thanks for the effort you guys have put in. Yeah the building interiors are a little sparse, it just took so long to build everything that furnishing the buildings was a tedious prospect, but I have done loads to the base since then. the pillared building is based on a roman temple / palace design, the monument inside kinda ended up looking like an eagles spread out wings so I thought I needed a face. Thanks again for showing off the Build, I will hold of the legal proceedings for crediting the wrong Aaron. :-)

Sorry, I had not realised people had posted questions on here about my builds (only 2 years late I guess :-) ) The colosseum walls have been painstakingly made from custom foundations (or platforms, cant recall exactly), this took the longest time to do. The foundations will only allow 8 completion points so had to make the walls in sections. I raised them as high as they would go so that they were equal height all round. The entranceway is as you say is made of roof sections, layered on top of each other.

If anybody would like the save file I am happy to send them to you, just be aware that I had to run the game in 32bit as there are so many big ass structures in the game save, since this video I have also built a huge pyramid and a massive turtle shell amusement ride.

well, to get the "half-height" Wooden pillars, you use the fact that the Wood and Rock have different heights, so you build a few levels up and place a Custom Floor on the Rock Walls, and it then looks like the Wooden pillars are "half-height" since they are cut off. you can see at 9:25 he placed the pillars on the Custom Foundation "meshwork" thing he likes doing (looks sick
