Excellent masterpiece Jeff. I could never imagine all that would be possible to achieve in a shallow tank..like the high terrace at the back with different plants, the buces at the front and the riccardia...looks amazing

Jeff! Your hardscape is sooo good man. I love the true Senske style, but that you still give homage to the styles that influenced it. I don't know about you, but I've noticed sometimes with deep soil in a build that hasn't been flooded, on the first fill I will get a lot of shifting of the soil from air traveling up through it and it settling underwater. Cheers mate! Thanks for sharing! Also, any way I could get a shirt? Would love to rep your brand!

A german aquascaping guy said that Buce's are sensitive to cold, which causes the leaves to take dmg (leave edges look like someone took a bite) or make them subsceptible to melting. Cold means like 68°F and below, no idea if you have this issues while transporting or planting your tank :) Cheers!

Will the back area go anaerobic and give the emersed plants rot with the back being completely dammed off?
@AquariumDesignGroup8 ай бұрын
It will not. We’ve done this style many times and never had an issue.

Beautiful Aquascape! In Indonesia, the aquascapers use ground coffee on the glue joints to hide the glue. Just sprinkle a little on the wet glue. Here is a video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJzdl2ueaq5rbs0
@AquariumDesignGroup8 ай бұрын
Yes, we use stone dust or very fine sand in the same way to cover the joint. Black CA glue helps also.
