90HP Clubstyle Sportster on Dyno

90HP? Hell yah! I bet that thing rips. I am in the process of building my motor (I have built everything else possible already lol). I have a (club style I suppose you would call it) 2018 forty eight with screamin eagle plugs and wires, s&s teardrop intake, vance and hines stainless 2-1 upsweep exhaust, vance and hines FP3 and Feuling Reaper 505/515 cams at this point. I have S&S 1250cc jugs and pistons, Feuling Beehive endurance valve springs, feuling HP+ lifters, Hammer Performance push rods, Buell oil pump gear that I am installing over the next few weeks and hopefully getting my heads ported and polished at the same time. I can't wait to see what kind of power it puts down!

That’s rad! I have a ‘98 1200s Sport with a hypercharger (vacuum lines operate the butterfly valves) Cobra el Diablo 2 into 1 exhaust, it has two spark plugs per head, and performance cams. The suspension is s Shoei piggyback on the rear and fully adjustable front end (top and bottom adjustments). I’d love to dyno her and she what she putting on the ground. I doubt it’s 90hp, but she’s up there.

@@scarecrow33 fuck yah dude the 1200s is one of the coolest Sportsters ever made. The only Sportster to ever come from the factory with fully adjustable suspension with dual disc floating rotors and those bad ass dual plug heads. Whatever you do, don't ever sell it because they are becomming super fucking rare!

I've got a 2020 Iron 1200. I have already done the Stage I with Kuryakyn Hyper Charger ES, Basanni Radial Sweepers, and a tune with FP3. I just ordered some upgrades: Feuling Reaper 580 Cams Feuling HP+ lifters Feuling fuel injector 5.1 g/s and Feuling Econo Beehive valvespring kit. I'll have my local shop install and dyno tune. I'm pumped. Hoping all this puts me between 90 and 100 HP.

I bet it is a hoot to ride. My iron 1200 is a stage 1. I have a basic power vision tune (I need a dyno), fab28 pipe, and a Roland sands air intake. It’s a fun bike for sure.

It is just a full size Sportster fender that they offer on certain models in certain places. I have one on my 2018 forty eight because it is a Canadian bike so it has to have a brake light seperate from the turn signals. They do offer some Sportys here with the shorter fender, but they have a hideous black pastic thing with a light on it to hang the license plate.
