I don't know why, but I really wanted him max dupe as well. Reading his skills, he seems to be very good, but unfortunately, he falls short in the meta. He prevents enemies from having immortality, applies poison, cleanses continuous damage from himself, and reduces damage taken. On paper, he's a dream.

Noelle actually strong asf with mgk atk build especially maxed with necklace, normally she’ll do around 200k dmg but only did 63k so dmg was reduced a good amount but wasn’t enough

@@Tsunv921 Are you using the equipment format with 2 rectangles and 6 squares for magical attack? All items need to be at maximum transcendence and with sub-status of magic attack % and the sub-status needs to be at least B rank. After that, you have to do the enchantment with the purple stones, which is one of the most important parts of the development. If the enchantments are successful (for example, the stone provides up to a 5% increase in magical attack), there’s no way you won’t exceed 70k attack.

Depends how long you’ve played, as a day 1 player you should have at least 45-50k mgk atk builds with over 100% crit rate which is at least 75k CC for attacker without max skill page
