I was born in October 1989, so most of my childhood exposure to Jungle was cartoons and car commercials until around 1998 when my parents bought me and my brother our first console (N64). From there all the jungle came from games on PS2 and Xbox until my freshman year of highschool, a friend who's dad worked at a night club sent me a RedEyes mix in 2004, introducing me formally to Jungle. Been obsessed ever since. These types of mixes are like a background stabilizer for my brain while I'm doing literally anything, work, working out, drawing, cleaning, cooking, dishes, changing my oil, you name it. I'm 25. The nostalgia is build-in I'd say. The kids nostalgia would be KZbin, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft and music are all intregrated. The samples and graphics used are very much reminiscence of something we once had.
