'90s VHS Find - Japanese TV - Ultraman is late for a date

This is from a recently unearthed VHS tape of Japanese broadcast TV from some time in the early/mid 90s. I'm not sure about this one but it seems to be a variety show. This segment appears to be Ultraman trying not to be late for a date. Perhaps someone here can fill in some gaps. I left part of the host segments for reference. The title of the show was left out so I couldn't even look that up. The theme of the episode was apparently about dating/love.

The talk show was called 素敵な恋をしてみたい (sutekina koi wo shite mitai) and aired on TBS in early 1992. I recorded it every week because my favorite Japanese actor, Masahiro Motoki (“Mokkun”), was one of the hosts.🥰 4:00
