90Three STD Early Morning Burgh-Haamstede

Early birds get the worms. We had a great early morning session at the Schouwen Noordstrand, Burgh-Haamstede with some very nice winds. Kite flown is the 90Three standard Open Source Trickkite. You can find a link to the plans below. Stuntman Lars risked his life to get the shots. Enjoy!

Hi! So I've received my first 90Three, a standard which was built by Enrico. I'm completely in love with the kite and will probably order some more. I can't seem to find an estimate for the wind ranges for the SUL/ UL/ STD/ Vented version, can you help me out?

Hi! While the STD flies in quite low windspeeds, the lack of feedback on the STD can be a bit difficult for learning tricks in those conditions. The STD really excels is a bit more wind since it doesn’t pull much. I would advise getting a SUL next. We’ve flown that well into the STD windrange (even with the 2pt’s). It has nice feedback in low winds and tricks very well. Giving estimates for windspeeds is tricky since it makes so much difference if your at the coast or inlands. Get the SUL, you won’t be dissapointed!
