I came across a few TikTok videos that talked about how allegedly Sonja Massey had been in the hospital most recently. Some people noticed a hospital bracelet on one of her wrists in the video. Allegedly, she had a beef with one of the nurses at that particular hospital. That nurse was allegedly the fiance of the officer that shot Sonja. Some of the videos alleges that the noises that Sonja was hearing, that prompted her to call 911, may have been the officer outside of her home. Apparently, the officer arrived on scene very quickly...almost too quickly...after her 911 call. If this is true, then this whole thing was more sinister than I could ever imagine. According to some reports, the officer that shot her has been employed by several different precincts in a very short amount of time. Which makes you wonder why.

This is the strangest, oddest thing. I don’t see where she was a threat at all. She didn’t pre-plan boiling water to throw at him when he got there. She was in loungewear, end of day type thing. This is so wack. Isn’t there footage from both officers ? It would be interesting to see both angles. I can’t hear everything they said to each other once she went to the stove
@FaithfullyBrave2 ай бұрын
The cop that shot turned on his bodycam AFTER he shot her while his partner had it on the whole time :/ so there is in a sense two angles but one is the whole time while the other is after everything happened
@Chantal.Morrison2 ай бұрын
There is a video (albeit, a poor one) from the shooter's angle, he turned his bodycam on right before the shooting. Search for Nate the Lawyer.

Earlier in the video, you can see him talking down to her. They are finishing up the call and he asks her are you feeling okay mentally. She replies yes and he says SIR, correcting her manners like a child
@rhiannonwalker30472 ай бұрын
This absolutely breaks my heart. I had a feeling as soon as you started doing the reading it might have been a mother wound. I feel so horrible that she had to go through this. He is a monster and I feel his partner is as well and should be charged just as he should. He totally backed him up and said it was warranted. How can he live with himself knowing that woman did not one thing to deserve what happened to her. 💔 I back LE all the way, but its like any other profession, there are always going to be bad apples and we really need to look at what we can do to decifer between the good and bad. Maybe working at 6 different agencies since what was it? 2021? Maybe that should have been a red flag? 😡
@PepperLane7772 ай бұрын
Typically when an officer is involved in a shooting, the other responding officers ask the officer involved in the shooting, if they’re ok. They’re doing it out of concern, to check in with them, how they’re doing physically (need EMT attention) and mentally after the incident. If you notice, the responding officers kept their distance from Grayson when he came outside. He was very aggressive and immediately started accusing her of being a mental case to others. The responding officers just stood there and stared, almost as if they already knew he was at fault (without them even entering the house) You could see the officers were uncomfortable, and didn’t express concern for him, while he was retreating to his patrol car. This told me that his fellow officers knew he was a wild card, and that they weren’t surprised by his over aggressive response. They knew that he has had other behavioral reprimands in the past. Hence, sweeping things under the rug from the reading.

I watched the whole video Tuesday (really tore my nerves up) but his partner had his camera on and after the other officers came he was eventually standing with the trunk of his car open......his hands just shaking. I hope he gets some help because I've been worried about him. Another officer not from around there said it is not uncommon for black people to say "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus"

@@JaneDough23 I’m worried about him too. You could tell he was having an anxiety attack after what happened. He knew his partner was in the wrong and it was deeply effecting him. It was such a hard video to watch! I’m keeping his partner and Sonya’s family in my prayers ❤️

When you say that she was calling for help because of a possible sense of threat, I can see why she seemed a bit off when they came in and started asking her for ID. Because when you see the video you see she seems off but now I think she was in her own head at the time about whoever that person was who she perceived as a threat.
