American Standard needs to start making Modernus toilets (which the Gerber North Point and Jefferson toilets strongly resemble) again. Even the old 20th-century Modernuses and Ejectos flush very well on 1.6 or 1.28 gallons with a flushometer (some of those are still in service with said low-flow flushometers).

My Grandfather had a similar toilet in the ‘60’s. We had a 1930’s Modernus at home and I remember his sort of looked like this. Thanks

Amazing Jeff! The FT North points are great too because 1. They look and sound nice 2. Good flushes when on average pressure and 3. Childhood toilet (used to see these alot when i lived in NYC) this is probably my favorite video in your channel just because these toilets are just so nostalgic to me

Pretty much, rather the FT version of your standard North point, still made today with the same design btw

The 1990s FT (Foward trap abbreviation) North points were the same but sounded slightly different and swirled more, water table is shaped JUST a tiny bit

I am shocked (!!) to see a modern 1.28gpf FT terlit on a flushometer!! Should always carry a screwdriver and small knipex pliers to adjust the flushometers if they aren't set right , like that last Jefferson terlit. That's the least all the terlit enthusiasts and plumbers can do. 😊
