LOCALITY
The Farm is situated in the Waterberg which is ±240 km North, North East of Pretoria. Trips to Welgevonden Big 5 Game Reserve and/or Marekele Big 5 Reserve which is all within an hour’s drive from the farm, enable spectacular game viewing of the Big 5, which can be seen up close. The drive time from Pretoria is estimated to be 2H30min drive.

Ownership:
There are 13 Sectional title ownerships in the whole 923-hectare Game Farm. From the 13 sectional titles, only two are sold and is in private ownership. The balance of the sectional titles belongs to two partners who decided to Sell the whole scheme. 7 of the Lodges are in a Pool to be rented out as part of the farm’s income leg.

Water:
There are 8 x Boreholes. There is a water Reservoir and Plastic Water tanks which tanks can keep a total of ±50,000 liters in total. The property borders the Poer Se Loop River for ±2.5km
