Absolutely agree with her on feminism. A movement was needed to get basic things achieved such as the right to vote. But at the end of the day you are the master of your own destiny and if you work hard you get the prize. Just smashes the entire notion of patriarchy and women's oppression without even meaning to. THIS is an empowered woman.

Judith Schindlen is a wonderful role model. She reminds me of my grandmother. They are dissimilar in every way (Judy is Jewish, we are Roman Catholic, she's a judge/tv personality, my grandmother was an architectural secretary. ) But they have similar cadence and stature. My grandmother had raven black hair until she passed at the age of 86. But, I digress, the message is the same. Be strong. Be capable. Take care of yourself first and the rest will come together. Don't be afraid. Judge Judy is iconic, powerful, humble, and relatable. She's computer illiterate but still remains relevant in today's digital society. She's a trailblazer. I wish more women would embrace these attributes and become successful. Further, it would make my day to elect her to government. Common sense, no nonsense, honest... would be a refreshing change from the entitled, moronic, inept POTUS we are suffering under today.

Feminism? As a strong, powerful woman in my own right, I won't get dragged into feminism. I don't need a Girl's Club to define what I can or cannot do, or to define who I am. I make my own decisions and take responsibility for their outcome, good or bad. Men and Women will never be equal because we are not equal. We have unique strengths and weaknesses that are based on our spirit, not our body parts. Your gender will never stop you from realizing your goals. Only your lack of confidence will. Our souls have no gender. Gender is merely a human accidental. You can be whatever you want to be, with or without the body parts you're currently using as an excuse to explain your Lazy.
@judekanawati74674 жыл бұрын
You made an amazing statement! Thanks for sharing it! While I agree on most parts of what you said, I have to disagree about the idea that Men and Women aren’t equal. Of course they’re equal! They’ve always been on many levels. Biologically and mentally they function differently, yes. But when it comes to expectations and traditions of each gender, THAT’S where the issue always escalates between them. For example, in some parts of Middle East, North Africa, and South East Asia, BOTH genders are completely divided and are NOT always given the freedom to express themselves, nor what they are truly feeling. While men dominate most of physical-related fields, women can CHOOSE to be as same as men, or to simply remain in their expected zones as always. In case of Judge Judy, she’s strong, powerful and feminine in her own way even without Feminism. That’s the kind of women we need everywhere in the world: expressive, direct in her communication, capable leader and distinguishes between right and wrong. Many woman are like Judge Judy whether they identify themselves as feminists or not. In my opinion, I’m not a feminist and not planing to identify as such, but I just want to develop my personality and be happy and peaceful, but also strong willed and direct in my speech and expressive. Us Women were created for a reason, and we share equal rights and responsibilities as much as men do. Both of my parents work, and they’re practical people all the time. My mother is a Neurologist, while my Father is a Business Director in his own Perfume Company. Because of the current economic situation in Dubai right now, my mother is the one currently providing for the family while my father is trying to work on developing his brands online. Again, thanks for sharing your thoughts ☺️💪🏻

I too divorced my hubby when I lost someone very close to me and then remarried him months after he duvirce was finalized! Lol I am proud of her strength and femininity with values, that she doesn’t claim to be a feminist, she praises the movement for what it is, but she doesn’t identify as a “female lawyer, female judge,,female producer... she’s a lawyer, judge and producer, THATS what I’m teaching my daughters, fight for what you want, if you have to choose between being liked or respected, be respected. I loved it when Judge Judy admitted that she had to sacrifice to have it all.. you can’t be the mom praises by other moms for your baking or macrame AND have a successful law career, they ate McDonald’s & spaghettios... Judge Judy has strong values and she prioritized, managed and I guarantee she delegated when appropriate, in order to manage her life, family & career successfully! She got to where she is today because she never let anything or anyone stop her, she persevered and didn’t allow life to make her its victim & she never wastes time trying to impress others, definitely a role model!

I like JJ too but i dont like the fact that she/CBS keeps on deleting the yt videos of her show. Not everyone has a schedule to watch her show on tv so YT is a best way to appreciate her work but she is being a JEW too hungry to keep on making money and not letting it viewed for free online. She is doesnt have much long to live how much more money she really needs to make??

Rohit84up that wouldn't be her decision...the corp. people who own the copyrights and are not earning the additional revenue are the ones doing it.

love judge Judy I think Katie is putting on laughter at times. I say that because it seems very controlled and she stops smiling laughing immediately.
