Make sure your monitor or TV is on Game Mode. Noticed with my friend's TV when we initially set it up, it was like that but setting it on Game Mode and the console on performance mode fixed it. My TV has always been set to that so I never noticed a difference

Switch Stick has been such an awful addition to the games. It's simultaneously a cheat code for great players, and a bailout button for shitter who don't know how to play defense, because it's quasi like having a extra users on the field, as if you're a solo playing in Squads.
