93 Ford 302 Removing Upper & Lower Intake Manifold

I broke that same bolt off when removing my lower intake manifold on my 95 GT and I took a dremel and a 1 inch cutting wheel and cut a slot in the top of the broken off stud. Then I took a Bernz-O-Matic torch and heated up the stud, then thankfully got it to spin loose with a flathead bit in a little electric impact. Good luck on getting your broken bolt out! I also ran a tap through the threads and got a new Grade 8 bolt and put never seize on the threads before putting it back together.

Same bolt broke on me I had to use a welding machine and weld a nut on it a few times .
