You can cut the tension with a knife. Nicola is clearly uncomfortable being interviewed by Jesse. When she says "it's fine, guys" at 8:08, you can tell it wasn't fine and it hurt her feelings (Ginger has a negative connotation in the UK and Jesse being American likely knew this and said it to Nicola anyway).
