95 4runner rear window mystery

Little update on my 4runner build I forgot to took this video and sorry for the sound quality its shot on my gopro hero 5 but I also get my rear window figured out and got the back hatch down hope you enjoy please like and subscribe

so is it the window motor thats the problem? mine goes up but not down no movement on volt meter when i try to put my window down but movement when i try to go up, would that be a window motor to solve the problem

My problem ended up being the tracks rusted off and I later found a bad connection between the gate and the body
