We are going in June. How did you two get the welcome gifts, fruit plates, chocolates & coconuts? Pretty nice btw!
@jayxnina10 ай бұрын
Great question! A lot of the food came as a result of our Hilton Status (credit card) which we used to book our stay. Then the merchandise were gifts from their marketing team! Our website has links to the credit cards we use! www.jayxnina.com/support

Great video! It's always so hard to leave... Every time!... I always say that they might need to call security to kick us out!!! We'll be in Bora Bora again in less than 2 weeks!... It'll be our 7th time there (6th in the last 4 years)!... It's hard to stay away!!! We have done 3 Day Passes at Conrad so far and my wife and daughter always get a massage there... Beautiful resort for sure, but the limited spots with Mt. Otemanu views are a turn off for us to stay there...
@jayxnina10 ай бұрын
Wow! You must be living the dream! Limited views of the mountain was in our opinion, the only downside to the Conrad. Where is your favorite spot?

@@jayxnina We usually go for two weeks (between 13 to 15 nights), so we found Le Bora Bora to be the best value for the money for those longer stays… The one time we did 7 nights, we spoiled ourselves to the Four Seasons resort…

Hello, I love your video. By the way, when was your trip to Bora Bora? I didn’t see a lot of people. Was it an off peak season? Thanks.

We are planning a milestone birthday 8 day Cat Charter which ends in Bora Bora. Do you think staying in The Conrad is worth it for only one night? We disembark the charter by noon on Sat. and would stay in an overwater Mountain view bungalow and would have to fly back to Papeete on Sun. to then begin the long journey back to NJ. Would it be better to perhaps fly to Moorea and stay there that last night at lower cost but much less luxury? Thanks for your advice!

My wife and I were close to staying in Moorea BUT the food seemed sketchy at best so moving to the Conrad for 7-days this coming September. Did you guys get a little bored after a few days?
@jayxnina7 ай бұрын
Depends on your travel style! Nina loves to adventure and go out where I prefer to just relax, layout in the sun, and swim. If you’re like Nina Moorea is perfect vs Conrad was better for me so we did both 🤷🏼♂️

Do you think the over water villa is with the extra money/points? If you had to go again, which would u rather stay in?
@jayxnina4 ай бұрын
The over water villa is a really special experience. I think its worth having at least one night. If you have Hilton Honors Status there's potential for a free upgrade--if they're available. This was the reason we got moved to one half way through our trip!

Did you leave the same message about him carrying her luggage up the hill & stairs when they 1st got to Tahiti? They took turns throughout the whole series doing the speaking parts. I've put up with enough male BS in my life to see someone make a big deal over genuine teamwork and wind up undermining real concerns.
