96' Impala SS headers and exhaust before and after install

+CALISUPERSPORT not currently possible. client decided open intake and uncorking the exhaust was not enough. 2nd phase on this build is in the assembly stage.Trick Flow,Comp cams,Harland Sharp and Cloyes all joining the party.look for fly by in two weeks

I got a 96 impala. Did the short bbk headers and throttle body . I had to take it to a exhaust shop otherwise you’ll sound like your at a drag strip lol.

Hey did you have to Put any fittings or Caps on the Open Screws on the BBK headers. I was told to do so for saftey hazard. Please respond someone.

No.Assembled with high heat lock tight.Re-torqued after first run in.Have not loosened since.

no all emissions were retained

Nice sound. What is the brand and model for the headers? It might fit on a Buick Roadmaster...

+Mauro Pietro BBK 15950 1-5/8" Shorty Tuned Length. If it's an LT1 Roadmaster it should fit.

Ali Haidar , was watching a video you had commented on. I own a 95 Fleetwood LT1. currently 2.5" cat back exhaust w Flowmaster40's. looking into headers. are there any longtubes I can use. no need to pass smog..thanks

Loud but try it with super10. It's almost just as loud but passes emission
