This really is my favourite song performed by Samuel Marino. You can hear the longing and passion, his facial expressions and actions add to it. I love his slack suit and jewellery - would like it for myself. Also the venue: the ornate carvings, statues, chandelier - everything beautiful. But I can't understand the words. I can't here "lungi da te mio bene" in the words. Does anybody have the words I could look at?

Deh, non varcar quell'onda, anima del cor mio. Di Lete all'altra sponda, ombra, compagna anch'io voglio venir, venir con te! In realtà questa è la cavatina finale dell'aria per soprano "Ah, lo previdi" che puoi trovare su internet. Qui hanno sbagliato a scrivere il titolo: quello giusto della cavatina è " Deh, non varcar".
