I like the big fridge. Those storage holes are fine for somewhere to put your book, phone, pills at night. The lockers at the back mean you can’t sit up in bed, proper lockers along the sides would be better. The Knaus/Weinsberg 640 models don’t always have a window on both sides at the back which seems crazy penny pinching so at least this one has both windows.

I would not say it is crazy penny pinching Phillip, the cost of putting in a window is much greater than may initially seem. On the other hand, I have seen some ridiculous penny pinching in some vehicles on things that cost next to nothing!

If you've got 90k odd for a van, you'd spring for the extra 10k and get drawers with sides and a shower that works sensibly, wouldn't you? But what do I know? I agree, the water will get under that bathroom floor in no time. Cheers Alan.

David, I cannot comment on who is making the other reviews but I would point out that no-one pays me to do reviews. Bear in mind of course, that magazines have a lot of costs and rely on advertising to be able to meet those costs which may in turn be reflected in their reviews.

You can watch advertisements and they will tell you how wonderful the motorhome is. I tell the truth. So if you want the truth come to me, if you don't, then Knaus has a whole advertising and marketing department that can make videos much better than I can. As for the height, length, payload, price etc. that is always very clearly said in either the video or the description - and often both.

You sound as negative as I can sometimes be! Yet even I manage to take Alan's videos for what they are: the views of someone who lives in a motorhome, and who has seen many motorhomes. When he can't work something out, it probably means that it isn't straightforward, or not fit for purpose. When I want brochure information, I go to the manufacturer's website.
