I like your videos a lot but to follow your subtitles and watch the video is almost impossible. I think it would be a great idea to put the story in one paragraph under the video, so we could read it first and then watch with pleasure the video. Just a humble suggestion! Ich wurde schon als Kind manchmal von anderen Kindern wegen meines anderen Aussehens gehänselt. Aber ich hatte auch tolle Freunde, die mich ungewöhnlich interessant fanden. Bis ich erwachsen wurde und studiert habe, fühlte ich mich wegen meines Aussehens unter besonderer Beobachtung. Mit den Jahren habe ich gelernt, was wirklich wichtig im Leben ist. Menschen, die rassistische Kommentare von sich geben, sind einfach dumme und leere Menschen, die außer Hass und Neid selbst nichts können. Ich hatte eine Führungsposition in einem internationalen Konzern. Wir waren ein internationales Team und Rassismus war nie ein Thema. Ich bin seit vielen Jahren mit einem wunderbaren (deutschen) Mann verheiratet, bin glückliche Mutter und Großmutter. Ich schaue jedes Video von Dir an. Du bist wunderbar und talentiert. When I was a little girl growing up in Minnesota, my neighbor was from Vietnam. She always made the best food I’ve ever had and she was so kind and loving to share it with me when I came to visit at only five years old until I was 12 and moved away. Her name was Luin, and I miss her very much. Thank you for your videos. They are calming, relaxing, and making me want to clean my house, which is a good thing!

I didn't realize we had so much in common. I also experience major depression; my lowest point was when my daughter was the same age as your daughter. When I saw how it affected her, I knew I had to do something to help myself. I ended up changing careers and I now work in the mental health field supporting others. Наблюдая за вами со стороны,мне казалось,что вы самый беззаботный, счастливый человек на планете,в жизни бы не подумала,что вы боретесь с депрессией. Могу сказать одно это временно,это не навсегда. Вы справитесь с этим. И все обязательно, рано или поздно будет хорошо!!!🙏 Моя подруга страдала депрессией,я много читала,чтоб понять ,что это?.. И меня поразила мысль,что без обладания чувства юмора,не возможно выйти из депрессии.( Смотреть комедии,но не драмы,триллеры и т.п...) Счастливое детство - это самое большое наследие,которое мы можем дать нашим детям. Они помогли мне в 2021 году, встать на ноги, после тяжелейшей жизненной ситуации, у меня тоже была депрессия, высшего уровня. Я смогла выкарабкаться лишь благодаря йоге, энергетическим практикам, и вашим роликам. Я лежала в постели и смотрела их подряд. Я наполнялась миром, покоем, ощущением, что всё будет хорошо. Меня наполняла любовь вашей семьи. В результате, я работаю теперь не в найме, а на себя и очень счастлива. Я живу в частном доме в 12 соток участок. В 2022 году я впервые вырастила урожай. Он был восхитительный. И вместе с вами я делала заготовки, на зиму. Моя жизнь, наполнилась совсем иными смыслами, новыми. Я ожила. Всё, это было вместе, в вами и вашей семьей. Я поздравляла Алексию и вас с днём рождения, и праздновала свой))). У меня появился вкус, к жизни, ко всему, когда я видела, как ваш муж пёк вам торт я радовалась... Несказанно, это было самое трогательное видео. Я счастлива, что вы есть на земле. Вы меня спасли, вытащили из пропасти и горя. Я желаю вам только самого прекрасного, от души! Your balcony garden videos inspired me to start a garden on my own balcony, which is now well on it's way to producing veggies for this upcoming season. The garden has become a place of healing for me that has helped me through difficulties in my life. As someone who also struggles with anxiety and depression, it was incredibly comforting to hear about your own experiences. I often feel pressure to mask and downplay my feelings when feeling depressed/anxious, but your videos help inspire me to show myself more kindness in those moments. So thank you, for sharing moments and kind words, they have been a gift.

Your vlogs are my favorite. I've suffered from anxiety since I was a child and more recently now (51), significant depression. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 41 when my child was diagnosed at age 5. My child is the reason I get up every day. I am not the best parent. I've learned over time that the way I was parented was different from others. I grew up with anger, manipulation, bullying, and conditional love as my teacher. It is an ongoing process to unlearn what I was taught and learn better, kinder ways of parenting. Your vlogs remind me of that every time I watch them - even though parenting isn't necessarily your focus. Your vlogs bring me peace and happiness. They are beautiful! I was just in Nuremburg, Munich, and Salzburg the week before Christmas, and I loved it. I will be back. Wishing you happy and well days ahead.

Mamy 21 wiek, a nadal wielu mężów nie uznaje potrzeby dzielenia się obowiązkami i te domowe zrzuca na barki żony - to smutne... Co do Twoich stanów depresyjnych mam pytanie - czy badałaś może tarczycę? Wiem po sobie, że to ona odpowiada w większości za problemy tego typu bo sama przez to przechodziłam. Kluczem jest właściwe zdiagnozowanie tarczycy. Same wyniki badania krwi to za mało. U mnie dopiero USG pokazało że z moją tarczycą jest źle 😥 Thuy życzę Ci by nigdy nie zabrakło Ci chęci do robienia kolejnych pięknych filmów, które są tak cudownie odprężające i dają wiele relaksującego spokoju ❤️ A i jeszcze jedno - masz mnóstwo przyjaciół - jest nim każdy, kto choć raz obejrzał któryś z Twoich filmów i tak jak ja czeka na kolejne ❤️ Pozdrawiam serdecznie ❤️❤️❤️

Fajnie to wszystko ujęłaś, zgadzam się z tym. Odnośnie zdrowia psychicznego - warto też zbadać poziom witaminy D3. Może też brakować pewnych aminokwasów i enzymów, suplementacja mogłaby być świetnym wsparciem układu nerwowego - dla mnie bardzo dobrze działa GABA, wycisza natłok myśli, to może być pomocne dla wielu osób lękowych. Thuy - Wiesz co, widzę ogromną różnicę dotyczącą klimatu Twoich filmików - kiedyś były zdecydowanie bardziej melancholijne, teraz są radosne, mają w sobie spokój i harmonię. Bardzo lubię je oglądać. Normalerweise schaue ich mir nur ganz still & leise deine wunderschönen, inspirierenden Filme an. Heute haben mich deine Sätze so tief berührt, sowie bewegt und auch erinnert. Für mich zählt der Mensch (innerlich) und ich denke so oft: wenn wir das Licht ausschalten und es wird nur ein Schatten von UNS an die Wand geworfen, sind wir Alle gleich - ohne Farbe, Rasse, Religion, etc... und ich liebe diesen Gedanken. I'm also the one who had depression... I followed the medical suggestion that is doing exercises and helping our society by being a volunteer for some activities ...it helps us connect with people and that helps me feel better and better...I don't want to leave anyone with this... it's the best nightmare ever...I hope you find it crucial and tell this to those who are struggling with this ....
